CDZ series is Light Type Conventional Lathe used for machining various kinds of steel parts. 

It is light type to our factory, but it is heavy than other same specification lathe.

our casting parts adopt high quality resin sand, casting export to many famous machine tool ,such as Mori Seiki, Mazak etc

This machine is  especially suitable for strong force cutting, rough machining, mass production of machining inside and outside cylinder surface, end surface, metric, inch, module, and pitch thread etc. It can also perform the function of drilling and boring hole.

Main features

1. Dynamic sliding bearing is adopted on spindle nose. it is traditional ,but very strong force type. if you need strong force cutting, this is good choice. The sliding bearings have better precision and obtained state patent.

2. The spindle has 24 manual speed grade. The speed rang of spindle is 12-1000 r/min.

3. The lathes are supplied with two systems both in metric and in inch.

4.Special accessories (Chasing dial device, taper turning attachment) are supplied.

5. Electric system of different frequency and voltage can be designed to meet the requirements of users.
