1. High rigid inclined integral bed

Users can obtain higher machining accuracy, improve the speed of rapid movement and obtain higher production efficiency.

 

The machine tool Z axis adopts rectangular sliding guide rail pair, after medium frequency quenching, the hardness of guide rail surface ≥ hrc52, precision grinding, good durability and high rigidity. The base surface of the bed guide rail, the head box guide rail surface, the tailstock guide rail surface and the z-axis screw bearing seat installation surface constitute the important machining surface of the bed. In the design process of this part, the overall shape of the machine tool, ventilation and heat dissipation, collection of cooling water leakage, chip conveyor installation, machine tool lifting and other aspects are considered. X axis is line guideway structure.



2) High speed, high rigidity and high precision spindle

This series of machine tools are single spindle headstock. 3) Feed system

The servo motor is directly connected with the ball screw through the coupling for longitudinal and transverse feed. The ball screw is fixed at one end and supported at the other end. This support mode can make one end of the screw freely extend, thus avoiding the longitudinal bending caused by the increase of temperature in the working process. In order to compensate for the elongation of the lead screw caused by the rise of working temperature, ensure the positioning accuracy of the lead screw and the system rigidity of the ball screw, pre stretch and pre tighten the lead screw according to a certain amount of thermal elongation before assembly, so as to eliminate the influence of temperature rise on the accuracy.

 

4) tailstock

6) Cooling and lubrication

The retractable stainless steel protective cover for z-axis adopts inclined back design, which makes it easy to remove chips and collect coolant. In addition, the cooling device adopts multi-layer filtration to fully purify the coolant and avoid blocking of the cooling circuit. The cooling box and chip conveyor are integrated with the main machine to make the heat balance distribution of the machine tool more ideal. The adopted cooling pump has a flow rate of 20 L / min, a lift of 20 m and a cooling tank capacity of 60 L. The machining accuracy and tool life of the tool are improved in the machining process.

7) Electrical system
