The double column adopts symmetric closed structure, and the design has been through the finite element optimization so that it can guarantee that the gantry framework has enough stiffness and strength, so the stability and accuracy of machine tool has the long-term stability.
The spindle adopts short spindle structure, spindle centering bearing uses double row roller bearings with high accuracy. The workbench adopts constant current hydrostatic guideway, and the guideway has special scraping processing with the carriage, so as to assure the high flatness, high stiffness oil film, strong bearing capacity and without abrasion.
Beams is designed with enough size, height and thickness , this kind of reasonable layout forms can reduced bending deformation by tool post movement and cutting force, so it has the very high stiffness and accuracy stable as a whole.
Tool post is designed as the large cross-section rectangular ram and all inclusive sliding guide rail, so it can assure the strong cutting force, small deformation of ram, and high rigidity of machine tool. Tool post feed movement are realized by servo motor driving the ball screw through the reducer, with high accuracy, precision positioning,and rapid speed.
The common tool post feed is controlled by programmable controller (PLC), feed shaft position and feed speed is shown by liquid crystal display. And we adopt manual pulse tool control the movement of cutting tool, easy and convinent. The CNC system adopts high-performance processor and large screen color LCD screen, high precision, rich feature,and high extension ability.
